Water Filter Day: A Tremendous Success!

We are thrilled to share the success of Water Filter Day, and we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported this impactful initiative. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to install 80 water filters in Akakro and 20 filters in N'douhrkro, providing cleaner, safer drinking water to hundreds of people in these villages.

As part of this project, we took the time to educate the villagers on how the filters work and the significant health benefits they provide. This hands-on demonstration empowered the community with the knowledge to use the filters properly, ensuring their long-term effectiveness.

Community Engagement & Next Steps:

During our visit, we held an open discussion with the villagers, addressing their questions and concerns. It was a great opportunity to connect with the community and ensure they fully understood the importance of clean water.

To ensure the ongoing success of this initiative, we’ve scheduled a follow-up meeting in December with both Akakro and N'douhrkro. This gathering will allow us to assess the filters’ performance and gather feedback from the villagers, helping us make any necessary adjustments and continue improving the impact of our work.

Looking Ahead:

The excitement is already building for next July, when we will return to N'douhrkro to install more filters, further expanding the reach of this critical project.

Thank you once again for making Water Filter Day a resounding success. Your support is helping to create lasting, positive change in these communities, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
